NACE-Certified Coatings Inspectors & Specialists
Independent third-party inspection for industrial coatings, water tanks, bridges, marine facilities, and petrochemical plants across the Gulf South.
What We Do
Independent, third-party coatings inspection and quality control for every stage of your project.
Quality Control Inspection
On-site inspection during surface preparation, coating application, and curing. Daily reports documenting ambient conditions, blast cleanliness, DFT readings, and holiday detection results.
Surface Preparation Verification
Verification of blast cleanliness per SSPC-SP 6/SP 10/SP 13 standards. Profile measurement, soluble salt testing, and dew point monitoring to ensure proper substrate readiness before coating.
Coating Application Monitoring
Real-time monitoring of ambient conditions, wet film and dry film thickness, application techniques, recoat windows, and cure verification per project specifications.
Holiday Detection & Testing
Low-voltage and high-voltage holiday detection to identify pinholes, voids, and discontinuities in protective coating systems before they become failure points.
DFT Measurement & Adhesion Testing
Dry film thickness measurement per SSPC-PA 2, adhesion testing per ASTM D4541/D3359, and comprehensive documentation of all readings with statistical analysis.
Project Documentation
Complete daily inspection reports, ITP compliance tracking, nonconformance reports, and final project closeout documentation per owner and engineer requirements.
