We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, discuss inspection availability, prepare quotes, and follow up on potential projects. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Storage and retention

Project requests are stored in our access-controlled lead management system for business follow-up. You may ask us to correct or delete your information.

Website data

We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or behavioral analytics. Our typography is delivered through Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information such as your IP address.

Security

The website uses HTTPS, security headers, form rate limiting, server-side validation, and bot-detection measures. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
