NCI Services LLC provides independent third-party coatings inspection services including but not limited to quality control inspection, surface preparation verification, coating application monitoring, holiday detection, DFT measurement, adhesion testing, and project documentation. All services are performed in accordance with applicable SSPC, NACE/AMPP, and ASTM standards and project-specific specifications.
The scope of inspection services for each project is defined by the project specifications, contract documents, and/or written agreement between NCI Services and the client. NCI Services inspects only within the defined scope and does not provide engineering, design, or coating selection recommendations unless explicitly agreed upon.
Inspection reports, daily logs, and project documentation provided by NCI Services represent our professional observations and measurements at the time of inspection. Reports are provided for the exclusive use of the client and should not be distributed to third parties without prior written consent.
NCI Services provides inspection services based on industry standards and professional judgment. While we strive for accuracy and thoroughness, we do not guarantee the condition of coatings or substrates beyond what is observed and documented during our inspections. NCI Services is not liable for coating failures, defects, or conditions that were not detectable during the inspection process.
Project information, inspection reports, and client data are treated as confidential. NCI Services will not disclose client information to third parties without authorization, except as required by law or regulation.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements or contracts. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
All inspection methodologies, report formats, and documentation templates are the intellectual property of NCI Services LLC. Clients receive a license to use reports for project purposes only.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
NCI Services reserves the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
