Services

NCI Services LLC provides independent coatings inspection, including surface preparation verification, application monitoring, holiday detection, DFT measurement, adhesion testing, and project documentation.

Scope of work

The scope for each assignment is defined by the applicable agreement, project specifications, and contract documents. NCI inspects within that defined scope and does not provide engineering, design, or coating selection unless expressly agreed in writing.

Reports

Reports and field logs represent professional observations and measurements made at the time of inspection. They are prepared for the client and project identified in the applicable agreement.

Professional limitations

Inspection reduces risk but cannot guarantee coating or substrate performance beyond conditions observable within the agreed scope. Concealed conditions and work performed outside the inspection period may not be detectable.

Confidentiality

NCI treats client records and project information as confidential except where disclosure is authorized or required by law.

Payment

Project-specific rates and payment terms are established in the applicable proposal, purchase order, or agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Louisiana law. Project agreements may contain additional terms that control where they differ from this website notice.
